Suggested here is a lesser challenge than putting together this set. Try doing a fun-run of your favorite Major League team.
I am having fun doing this with several teams. Currently, Detroit being my best (I still need Donovan, Killian, and Schmidt). http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...ponsummers.jpghttps://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan...NWillett25.jpghttps://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan...Willett25b.jpg http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...poncobb50x.jpg http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...onMcIntyre.jpg . http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...nMcIntyreb.jpg https://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan...ONRossmanX.jpg . https://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan...NRossmanBk.jpg 1910 COUPON Major League checklist for forming TEAM runs...... Ted, and any other Coupon collectors that would like to chime in, I counted 44/104 T213-1 with minor to major back damage. I have upgraded over the last 40 years, so if I have a nicer example, I don't add a new dupe with back damage. In other words, the percentage of Coupon 1's with back damage may be higher than 40%.
Here are 4 tougher cards that I do not have dupes for, and would like to upgrade, plus 4 examples of Fletcher. |

Your set and inventory of 1910 COUPON cards, with respect to back damage percentage, is comparable to that I have seen searching for these cards throughout the years. And speaking about "inventory".....would you have a duplicate Elberfeld that you would be willing to sell (or trade) me ? I am very close to completing my Elberfeld Quintuplicate run ? http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...6DRUMx50bx.jpg . http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...erfeldDRUM.jpg TED Z T206 Reference . |

Hey guys,
Scratch my above request for Elberfeld. I meant to say Engle. I am working on the Quintuplicate run of Engle (Yankees). TED Z T206 Reference . |

Good news, I had forgotten I upgraded Engle at Hunt 4 years ago.
In his encyclopedia, Lew Lipset said about T213-1, "It is doubtful that the set is complete at 68." It was in the 1980's and nothing new has surfaced. I'm guessing that is not still his belief. It would be fun to find a new T213-1, like Collins, Tris Speaker, or Bresnahan bat. |

Billy Campbell Quadruplicate run. I intended to make this a Quintuplicate run; however, his DRUM is not to be found.

I will continue searching for Campbell with a DRUM back. As, I don't think he is a DRUM no-print. Twenty-three 350-only subjects were not printed with the DRUM back. They are ...... Barger G. Here we go again....if I could find Doolan's DRUM card, I would have his QUINTUPLICATE
run. Whatever, for the time being, I am happy to have his QUADRUPLICATE back run. . http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...ycle350xxx.jpghttp://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...PONDoolanX.jpg . http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...cle350bxxx.jpg . http://photos.imageevent.com/tedzan7...Doolan19xB.jpg TED Z T206 Reference . |

Well, since interest in T206 runs (complicated....complete....or unique) appears to be wanning in this thread, we'll have to move onto another T206 topic.
I'm open for any suggestions from members of this glorious forum ? ? TED Z T206 Reference . |
