Classy, Topps. I appreciate it.

All the best, Orly, and everyone else!

Good luck.

Take care Orly! Also, I think it's weird TOPPSAHOLIC shamelessly plugged his business in this thread.

Winds are starting to pick up here in Miami and will only get worse overnight. Looks like the eye will be riding the west coast and heading north. Hang in there.

Good luck Orlando.

Rennie are you still in Miami?

Yes, I stayed and luckily there won't be a direct hit in Miami but we will still be getting high winds and rain all weekend. I'm shuttered and got plenty of food and water stocked up. I'm prepared to go down with the ship (with cards in hand).

I've probably gained 12 pounds and eaten half my rations while doing NOTHING for 3 days. I'm pretty sure that Home Depot and Whole Foods is owned by the same company that owns the Weather Channel. It looks like we dodged a bullet in Miami, but the west coast is going to get hit. I will soon be offering 20 boxes of batteries, 50 gallons of water, and 20 flashlights on the BST. Stay posted.

Don't be too hasty, Hurricane season isn't over, hope the worst misses you and best of luck to all in it's path.

Orlando, if you start now you could probably make it over to the west Florida coast before the worst hits. Then you can feel better about your purchase. ;)

Surprised nobody has checked in. Did you come through OK? Any other Hurricane affected members want to let us know how they did?

Best of luck!

I've texted back and forth with Orlando a couple times, and he mentioned he has no power, and his backyard fence went from NM-MT to PR, but his family, house, and collection are OK.

Hoping everyone else in that area, and especially on the West Coast, was able to fare OK.
