the joker movie
 

i may be a bit late, but i just saw the joker last night.

first off, in not into movie awards and all that stuff but i hope Joaquin Phoenix won something for that movie.

very dark movie, not for kids. not an action, superhero film at all. more of a dark drama, and a good one.

I’ll go farther and say it was one of the best performances I’ve seen in a while. And the movie stuck with me for days.

I don’t often say things like this often at my advanced age, but Wow!
I thoroughly enjoyed it.

My wife and I loved it, as did most of our friends. But one of my brothers hated it with a capital H, and I usually trust his judgment. I guess too bleak for some tastes.

I though it was sensational. Dark but had something to say.
