I got this at an auction of political memorabilia, it was in a lot of stuff. I've had it a while, but hadn't looked at it until today.

I do not know if it is authentic, but it is Nelson Rockefeller.
Given the uniform line width and some subtle shakiness, I suspect it is autopen. |
