Jewish baseball cards, etc.
Just wanted to make a pitch for a place I had lunch on Thirsday...Milt's Extra Innings in Chicago, which also doubles as the Jewish Baseball Museum.
Tons of outstanding memorabilia including a Hank Greenberg bat along with an overall great vibe. I picked up a book there that is an indispensible resource for cards of Jewish players. Beyond info on the players it's done in a way that helps you learns about nearly every set of cards made. (See the Greenberg spread below.) Took a few pics but the best pics are on the Museum website or--if you're local--in person. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...de721d13af.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...2c3a4cb9f0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9aff8704ac.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c7fee3465f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...29b11d7777.jpg Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk |
