New Vintage Baseball Glove Book

I wanted to alert memorabilia collectors that a new book focusing on vintage baseball gloves has been published and is available directly form the author by visiting http://www.jmginc.us/

It's a whopping 260 page tome of full color photos focusing on gloves and mitts from 1880 to 1940. If you collect gloves, you'd better order two copies because you're going to drool over each and every page of the John Graham collection! It's the largest and most complete assemblage of vintage leather ever amassed, making it an invaluable reference guide, not only for collectors but for baseball historians as it categorizes the evolution, both subtle and drastic, of the game's most necessary tool.

I ordered my copy last week when it was formally announced. Can't wait to get my hands on it!

I concur that this is a fantastic book and must have for any vintage sports collector, not just glovers. The pictures are outstanding and showcase many fine pieces of vintage leather as well as original boxes with great graphics.

John Graham will be joining a bunch of of us glove guys in booth 2274 at the National this summer in Baltimore. If you don't get a chance to order it by then, make sure to stop by and pick up a copy.
