I did not know that Peter Max (check seller's listing name) moved to the wide open spaces of Wyoming! I thought his true focus was real art not crap.

Looks like a Las Vegas Strip special to me.

99 times out of 100, when you see that type of "over the top" framing, it's a bogus piece. I suppose some people are so gullible that they're drawn towards the overall presentation, rather than the actual sigs.
