spotting an '84 fleer update clemens counterfeit?
 

i googled but couldn't find much. don't have much experience with this issue so i'm unsure how to spot one...this one's photo is kinda hazy and pixelated, but that could just be 1980's printing technology.

I have the 84 Topps update set and tomorrow could post mine from the set if that would help (unless someone has one handy), but I am unfamiliar with any counterfeits

thank you, but i've figured out it's a fake. there were lots of fakes for the clemens, puckett, and gooden for this set. be careful.

I was not careful when I got my set, but got it in 1984 :)

should've sold it in about '92 after puckett won the world series ;)

not sure when the height was but i heard clemens was going for $300-$400 and puckett was $200.

I do get each new Topps regular set and Heritage sets...but do it to keep my run going...1948 and 1951 to 2013...sets and packs...and insets and test issues... and variations :)
