Best threads of 2017?

What are the nominations....(and why)

(criteria is subject matter (humor/hobby interest ) and the number of posts in it is a factor as well)

The one with the RC Ted Williams (woops meant dimaggio) being re-graded and auctioned etc comes to mind as it exposed the thousands of dollars that are at stake for re-grades and who has the power to do it etc..

Though I believe it started before 2017, and though I may never be an active participant in it, THE BEST has to be 'The Continued Travels of 'Buck' 'Fat Ass..' Herzog!

I agree on it being the best thread. It showed the true colors of many members.

I would say Stephens free card give away thread was a very close second. I was saddened by how many people asked for free cards but could not join in the Secret Santa thread because they would have to give something to get something.:(

The DiMaggio thread has a little bit of everything. I'm only a few hundred posts in (I jumped forward to the part with the private conversations with PWCC), but I'm just floored. I've missed a lot, apparently.
