It's a bit unusual (this much snow) but nice for a few days. I wouldn't want it all of the time though...

Looks like my backyard too Leon. It's snowing cats and dogs right now. It's beautiful coming down, then a few hours later it turns into a giant mess.

All 5 of my dogs love running and frolicking in it. I went out this morning in my Vans tennis shoes, sunk about 6 inches down into the snow on my first step, turned around and put on my USMC issued snow boots. They took care of it. I remember wearing them in cold weather training in Korea, exactly 35 yrs ago.

It's amazing how much snow has fallen throughout the country. My sister in law lives in Massachusetts, and she sent us pictures of snowdrifts that are up to her second story window. I have never seen that in my life.
