One of the best descriptions of a reprint yet...

"Hey, it is what it is, its all good, damage as shown!"

by looking at the backside, looks like he left it in the oven too long! ;)

e107collector 04-05-2015 08:34 AM

I guess it looks more "legit" when someone puts a flame to a card. Gives the reprint that nice aged look!! :)

Happy Easter to all!!

That doesn't even look close to being real.

I messaged him and he was very nice in response saying it was a consignment and he thought it was junk and was going to pull it. Seemed innocent.

Reports

Haven't gotten a chance to see the TPS reports related to that listing, but I do have a meeting with the Bobs later. And I am in need of a red swing line stapler. Or else...

Brian,
thanks for the pics. Made me laugh. I love that movie and have no seen it in years. if the NCAA championship wasn't on tonight, I would have to watch it. Good stuff

Duluth Eskimo 04-06-2015 01:05 PM

After that card sells for a million dollars, you know what I'm going to do with that money?

Note to people that have not seen the movie, it is not my card or auction

iowadoc77 04-06-2015 02:50 PM

what would you do with a million bucks?

tell ya what I'd do. 2...
Yeah, I knew where you were going with that. haha
Figure if ya had a million bucks you could make that happen.

However, the seller was not.

Since Leon brought up the sellers ebay account, I hope it's ok to ask about the goudey and diamond stars cards, they look off to me, specifically the scratched out looking area in the bottom center of the speaker and maranville. There are some nice cards as well, but was not sure on others.
