Dual Autograph Help Needed

I have a chance to buy this autographed ball at a good price. The Mantle is obviously legitimate, because it looks exactly like the one I got at a 1993 in-person signing, but the Williams looks a little sketchy to me. Opinions?

Sadly enough, that Mantle looks better than a lot of the ones that get posted.
