Valuation Help (D322 Wagner & autographed 1939 Play Ball Williams)

I am currently bidding on a very expensive card. To help defray the costs, I am considering submitting what I believe are two of my more valuable cards to an auction house. But before I go "all in" on my dream card, I'd like to get a sense of how much money I can reasonably expect to raise by auctioning off my two cards. At this point, I'm not really looking for offers, just honest assessments of value. Since I'm so uncertain as to what they are worth, I think I'd feel more comfortable going the auction route.

My cards are shown below. The Wagner measures 1/16" narrow, so I assume it will receive only an Authentic grade. I purchased the Williams from the Ken (Hawk) Harrelson collection through an auction house decades ago. I would, of course, have the autograph and the cards authenticated and graded before they are auctioned.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on the values of these cards. If you'd prefer to reach me privately, you can email me at pch103@yahoo.com. Thanks.

Paul

great Ted! the last couple did 31k and 39k, i bet yours edges those slightly if PSA dual graded as at least a 3, and 8/9 auto.

Thank you Luke.

I would venture $20k+ on Wagner. That’s a good looking card, although things seem, at least to me, to be slowing a little. Wagner may be slightly insulated from that thought.

The auction company will be happy to take care of the grading and authentication. That Williams is outstanding.

Thanks again to everyone who posted here or contacted me privately. To close the loop on this thread, I did not win my card, so I'll be keeping the Wagner and Williams. For those of you who were curious, I was trying for the Punch Cigars Pete Hill in the LOTG auction. I'm attempting to collect one card of each Hall of Famer, and I need only Hill and Willie Foster (who's even tougher than Hill). So the Pete Hill card was very appealing to me.
