I still have not been able to upgrade it, but I'm much happier having one that's trimmed as opposed to having that hole to fill.<br /><br />Edited to add: a complete set without the Ruth. Damn Lichtman.

If I can upgrade it later, great, if not, I like it better than an SGC 10 (or raw card) which looks like it passed through the alimentary canal of a camel.<br />I predicted about a year ago that sometime in the future authentic graded cards which appear exmt are going to start passing up the 10s and 20s in value. I still believe that...

And the unaltered authentic card in a similarly presentable condition is generally priced out of my affordability range, I jump at it.<br /><br />examples:<br />I've bought aT206 Keeler w/bat SGC AUTH that looks like an SGC92 for $128, which is far more affordable than the potentially more appropriate $1,280.<br /><br />I've also bought a SGC AUTH 1953 Bowman Campanella that looks mint for $40.<br /><br />very happy with both.<br />
