Jack Dempsey auto?
 

I found this in a stack of "stuff" I bought for next to nothing. All I found is that Jack Dempsey ran a physical fitness course during WWII. I have information on all the signatures except S. Hoder or Hocler or ....ar. Since the Dempsey signature is a different color I presume there was a batch of cards run off and each graduate received one with the signatures of the instructors for that particular course. The back still have black paper from a photo album but some of it is ..now completed your cour....... appreciate your splendid spirt...

Am I right in presuming this is not an autograph of Dempsey but rather from a batch printed and can anyone help me with the signature I can't ascertain?

It could be real, but I would want to see it in person. They do have preprinted photos for Dempsey, but I do not believe this was one of them. I have attached a photo showing the same Dempsey photo with same studio that is dated 1943. If I have to guess, I would say it's probably real.

Still trying to find out info on a couple other of signatures - I thought just the Hoder but I see I don't have any info on the John T. Barker, Eristiso Sams Art Rowe, S. Learner of T.E. Loveband, jr. These may have just been local military helpers.
