Apple Macbook scanner recommendations?

I hope this is still on-topic since 95% of all scanning activities will be vintage baseball related. Anyways, I'm looking for some recommendations for a good scanner that will work well with my Macbook (2 years old). I searched the archives & found many suggestions, just not for an Apple. I'm looking to scan raw & graded cards, as well as photos. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeremy

Jeremy:
Are you looking for a 2-in-1 solution (printer/scanner) or just a scanner?

Jay- Just a scanner. Thanks

Thanks Richard. I'm looking more for a flatbed scanner, I think.

I think my question has been answered. Thanks to all who helped. This thread can die it's natural death now.

Dunno if this will help, but you can take photos with your iPhone or iPad and use those for scans. Mount your device and open iPhoto and import to your computer.

I'm super happy with the Canon 9000F I just purchased currently set up with my iMac. Here's a thread of sample scans: http://www.net54baseball.com/showthr...hlight=scanner

This.

No issues on a Mac, beautiful scans.

This would be a "photo" not a scan.

Scans are infinitely better for selling flat items like cards than trying to take a photo with an ipad or iPhone - or any other camera.
