Problem is, the letter is by the owner of the Cleveland Indians, James C. "Sunny" Dunn, and NOT the owner of the Baltimore Orioles International League Team, Jack Dunn. (His initials were JJ Dunn). Jack Dunn discovered and signed Babe Ruth, a Baltimore native. I'm sure both Jack and Babe went to Cleveland only when they absolutely had to!<BR><BR>Tom

Posted By: <b>runscott</b><p>Actually, I would bet the letter/signature is legit, it's just the certificate that is incorrect, unless of course James and Jack had identical signatures, in which case you can easily forgive PSA/DNA...<BR><BR>What is really going on in the back-rooms of the major vintage "players"?<BR><BR>If anyone wants to do some honest trading with me, ride over on your bike and we can check out the cards stuck in each other's spokes. I also have a few tacked to my dart board...all the HOF'ers have the stats on the back updated for the current year in red ink.
