Super Bowl Food

I've been cooking for a while today and decided to take a break and see if anyone else is cooking up something to munch on tonight. I just pulled out a tray of wings with homade Buffalo sauce. I've got baked beans (with jalapenos, red peppers, onions, pulled pork BBQ, smoked sausage, and bacon) and BBQ mac and cheese (with corn niblets and jalapenos) as sides. Dutch apple pie is for dessert. I've got to be at work tomorrow morning at 3:30 a. m., so I've also got Tylenol and Tums ready.

Yum!

That sounds like the place to be!

Mine is a paleo-friendly feast of vegetables and salami/cheese.
Kinda lame.

Stuffed bell peppers (ground beef, cheese, jalapenos, rice) here.

Roasted duck. It's become one of my 'special occasion' meals that I'm still perfecting. Problem was last night I overcooked it by a couple of minutes; should have stuck strictly to the recipe timing. It was still very good but I've made better.

Thanks for the plug! As a manager of LC I was at work making an entire day's worth of food in a 60 minute period. After the craziness it was clean up, go home eat some of my wife's amazing chicken jumbalya and NOT think about football.
