2017 Allen & Ginter Question
 

Question... I am thinking of collecting one of each possible card and/or variation of Lyle Thompson, a lacrosse player featured in 2017 A&G cards. My question is, how do I find a list of all of the possibilities? What all subsets is he in, with what parallels, mail-ins, etc? Can anyone help?

Well, the ones that are from "Ginter X" are online exclusives only, so if you only want pack pulled from regular people (not online breaker types), you can focus on the regular Ginter cards.
There are also 13 1/1 cards, so if you don't get those when they first pop up, you probably won't ever get them. They only made one of them each. Then you also have the minis versus the oversized boxloader cards to decide if you really want to collect. The wood mini is only to be found inside of a Rip Card; so that may never come to market, if the card holding it is never torn apart.

I am collecting the variations of the Ollie Schniederjans mini cards; already have the 1/1 of the wood mini and 1/1 Ginter X silver mini, as well as the no number mini (normally print run of 50). Didn't decide to collect him until some of the printing plate minis had already sold. Ollie is a Georgia Tech golf alum, so that's why I'm buying some of his cards.
