2011 Throwback Threads Blanda/Stenured # to 10
 

This is the dual autographed version and numbered to 10. I am trying to find out if these were redemption cards or were they inserted into packs. They are in booklet form and my recollection is you had to mail in the insert. Any help would be appreciated.
