1952 topps mantle on ebay

Hello, based on the objective data (including websites dedicated to the card), this card looks right. Anyone have any concerns? Thanks very much.

I think it is part of an authentic 52T 311.:)

Nothing problematic stands out, and I'd think BVG would be competent enough to spot a fake here. High feedback seller also helps. Not sure about the price, though (looks to be overpriced, but I'm not sure about the selling prices of this card in this condition).

for another 1k, you can have a 'whole' card and graded poor-1.
Not sure if your doing this just for a registry or not. At least you did some homework on it.
Personally feel its not worth no more than 2k, but these have got on the hot coals lately.

Looking at this on my phone, but it looks legit to me. The price may seem a little strong but it is incredibly difficult to get an authentic, graded Mantle for under $3,000 anymore. From my recollection, there are only a handful of sales in that price range over the last couple years. I got one with a bit of paper loss right by his face. There is another with the mouth complete destroyed (someone wrote over his mouth then erased it), and there is one with the initials PE on it that was sold a handful of times. I would recommend doing some price checking and decide what wear you are comfortable with. If you want to discuss pricing offline, feel free to message me. I have two low grades anf can give you a sense of what you can get at what price range.

At the end of the day, you have to be happy with the price and the card.
