Fake 1957 topps cards

Not sure if this is the correct area to post, but this seller has been posting fake jordan rc's/ Bobby Orr rc's / etc and now has a dozen 57 topps that are fakes as well. I have contacted ebay but apparently one man cannot do much.

Here is the Orr - also report - http://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-67-35-T...sAAOSw-zxWmK0X

When asked for high resolution scans due to the blurriness of all photos of his FAKE cards being suspect, he tried to scare me away with profanity and threats--go ahead and try it.

I always wonder if folks bidding on lots like this are being fooled or just think that even if fake they can get more re selling them individually. I am just a cynic I guess ( did I get it right that time Peter :))

Personally, I have to think this packaged "deal" gives it more reason to believe to avg joe that they are authentic. Individually the cards may be higher scrutinized, but there are not many fakes of these cards floating around as a package unless they were actual reprints and labeled as such.

Even when sellers list cards as reprints people are willing to spend stupid amounts.

The 11 1957 topps cards from 1st post sold for over $1,900 last night. Unreal. I cannot believe ebay did not take the auction down.
