Has anyone had issues paying with Paypal for items purchased on EBay..Im from Canada, the person I purchased from is from Canada, The seller ships to USA and Canada...When I try to checkout and pay for my item i get an error saying the seller does not ship to Ontario Canada...WTF? Has anyone else had problems or is this a seller issue?

I have ran across this before, as the seller, in his ad, states no international shipping even though he is in the same country.
I messaged the seller and asked him, before I bid, if indeed this was the case?

The seller stated the ad was wrong or an E-Bay error, which got corrected. I didn't end up winning anything but your case could be similar?

I have also seen some CDN sellers shipping fees which are through the roof. Some will correct it or reduce it, and some won't. If the seller says he will correct/adjust shipping to more reasonable fees, then wait for the invoice before paying.
