It's about 24" in diameter

Just a guess.. but I wonder if it has to do with the old All Star Cafes that went out of business. I think some of them had a walk of fame.

Yeah I bought it. Big Frank was my favorite player when I was young but I only really collect vintage stuff these days. But I wasn't leaving without this thing.

That seems plausible. There was one of those in Disney Orlando. Which would make it reasonable for this thing to show up in a Jax antique store. Thanks for the thoughts
