Old Postcard w/BallKnob Bat

I found this at one of my honey holes today...thought it was cool that a ball-knob bat was depicted. I used to have a hillerich and son ball knob bat. Made me think this image must be late 19th-early 20th c.

...and a guy with a wooden leg, a kid in a sailor suit and a Montana peak hat! Lots of great details. The hats (non-baseball) have me leaning 1910-20 but the real clues are on the other side of the postcard.

thanks scott...I must admit the kid with the wooden leg escaped my sight! the back is what perplexed me as the front looks older and the back...more modern.

Great postcard. Love the wooden leg and kid peaking out on the right.

My guess is circa 1910s -1915......

Speaking of ball knob bats on postcards, I've always liked this RPPC from my collection.

Wonderful photo/postcard. The player standing to the left of William S. Hart looks a little like Fred Clarke!

The AZO postcard stamp boxes date them from 1904-1918 with the 4 triangles pointing up...
