No it does not look authentic. You shouldn't deal with IFS IMHO. Anything related to Frank P Garo, Moron, borderline crooked oldtimer is FAKE PERIOD.

Last batch I found at a yard sale were 25cents each, and really worn.

I particularly like the last line line in Garo's letter ...".this is an authentic item" . Yes it is an authentic ball with an authentic signature ...a fake signature but an authentic fake signature.

Same ball is sitting on Craigs List now along with stuff from Cobb Mantle, Koufax, Mack, Hal Aaron - no that's how it is spelled, Springsteen, Musial...
