Keen to see what everyone thinks on this.

1. is it a basketball player?
2. do you consider the doll to be a card?

ps. included image of the potential basketball doll and the confirmed football doll for comparison

I would say no. I would say it’s the first series that depicted basketball. It’s definitely not a card.

I don't collect basketball, but I am on the fence about those being cards. If they were baseball, it would be debatable too.

Yes, it’s basketball…no, I can’t place this as a card in the traditional sense. This is much more in the vein of advertising pierce for scrapbooking. They are roughly 5 3/4 inches tall, I just can’t see it.

All personal opinion so I really wouldn’t argue someone on it.

I didn't know HoFer Jack Sikma went to Wesleyan. Good fact to know.

When you grow up in downstate Illinois, you learn a lot about guys like Dave Robisch and Ken Norton.
