Log on to EBAY and go to your "My EBAY" page

If you are "invited" it appears on the ebay front page. The 8% also goes for items you sell also, allegedly.

Steve- I have no idea how they decide who gets what. I've been on Ebay for 19 years and never received special offers until this month...6% last time,8% this time...good luck...I wined and complained about it for a long time.

I don't know if it helps, but I did start singing their praise via phone surveys...and started participating in email inquires about how do I like a certain item I purchased...so maybe that helped.
