Hey I can pick these up but they do not have COA.

What do you think as far as authenticity? Is this a banana Mantle? lol

Maris autographs are pretty scarce. Not really liking the "R".

Maris is not particularly scarce.
He was a pretty decent signer TTM.
I have owned quite a few Maris autographs in my years in the business.
I do not like any of these.

Should have clarified. In my opinion the ratio of bad to genuine is on the wrong side by a large margin.
