52 Topps Yellow Tiger House ever get it's "Variation" recognition?

http://boblemke.blogspot.ca/2011/05/...variation.html

Just reading this article, I was curious if it ever received that "Variation" designation?

Also, after noticing this one, which reads like it slipped through the cracks, (no mention of the Yellow Tiger House in it's listing) is it possibly also a Gray back too?

I'd hardly call 400$ flying under the radar! The card has been catching on long before the article in 2011. However, I think more has to be researched before any of the companies will label it as such. The price along should be enough to warrant it, but doubtful they'll see things that way. Psa won't even add the campos partial border that SGC has already recognized.

I don't think that was a gray back.

Not a gray back... were it a gray back the price would have increased by a magnitude and then some.

Thanks guys. I was just curious as Bob Lemke talked about it in the article I posted but I was wondering, since his passing, if anyone else was pursuing that Variation designation?

I have seen prices all over the place with that card and I was surprised the seller never had it listed in their listing.

As far as a gray back goes. In the reverse pic, with all 4 backs showing, the House card looked slightly different than the other 3 so I thought it just might be?
