Who's Ramly is this?
 

Posted By: <b>Dave</b><p>I collect strictly Topsy Hartsel cards. Several years ago I was at a show<br />looking at a display. A picture on the Ramly caught my eye. The picture plain <br />as day is Topsy Hartsel. The card lists the name and stats for Roy Hartzell.<br />In the Standard Catalog its always been listed as Roy because it's his info.<br />Has this happened alot? I've seen the card come up on ebay and people don't know<br />anything about the switch.

Who's Ramly is this?
