I don't know much about Menko, however this is the uncut set of most of those and most references place it at 1960.

Seriously, if you want to indentify the cards, get his book.

Apparently, the wrestler next to the baseball card is Ben Sharpe.

The three Sumo below those two are Naruyama, Kagamisato and Wakanohana Kanji

That is correct. The back of the card has his name in Japanese.
