Nice. Probably a 4MK submitted with a "No Qualifier"designation, hence the 2.

Thanks. I've seen worse snow on the front of this card on PSA 6's and 7's before.

Psa 1.5 I was going to say 2 but that was everyone's guess. If it was not for the roller marks or smears on the back I would guess a four .

Not sure what it is on the back other than a stain. It's not sticky. But obviously the reason for the grade. Doesn't bother me in any case and I wound up spending about half what I would have on this card...

Out of mk. Or mc. If the card has one or the other and it's not listed it's a mistake and yes I know about the Wagner with the back stamp like I said a mistake.

You lost me a bit there but yes, PSA has been known to make mistakes. Sometimes it seems as if their own criteria is merely a suggestion...
