Mile High consignment checks

How long does it take to receive them. I tried to email them twice and no response.

1952boyntoncollector 05-17-2015 05:33 PM

Still no response from Mile High..anyone receive a seller check from the March auction?

swarmee 05-17-2015 05:41 PM

That's a long time; maybe you should ask on the main pre-war board.

1952boyntoncollector 05-30-2015 08:56 AM

Peter_Spaeth 05-30-2015 10:21 AM

Jake, that sucks, sorry. Send him a demand on your letterhead maybe.

I might suggest calling the number on their website and leaving a couple messages indicating you have a good number of cards you want to consign. This is assuming you've already left several voicemails in Brian's mailbox.

well he probably read this board too..was going to do something like that...another thing to do is to win items at his next auction and just have him subtract what he owes me.

1952boyntoncollector 06-01-2015 11:15 AM

still no check or contact by mile high.......

1952boyntoncollector 06-05-2015 08:14 PM

Received a call from mile high a few days ago and got the check for all the consignments made except one card..which will be in the next auction..

was some mix up with the emails all is good now...just an fyi

swarmee 06-06-2015 05:27 AM

Glad this is finally resolved to your liking.

brian1961 06-06-2015 02:18 PM

Cheers, Jake. I'm so happy and relieved for you, mate. Because of your wretched difficulties, I was about to cross off Mile High from the list of potential auction houses to handle my own small collection. ---Brian Powell

Is Mile High good to consign with or no? I was always thinking of using them....

1952boyntoncollector 07-06-2015 10:29 PM

mile high problems again

Dang just when I thought my issue was resolved, I did get a check for all but one card because it wasn't paid for. That was fine because

I was told that the unsold last card was going to be in the next auction. Well it isn't so I asked mr dent to mail it to me and he said he would several weeks ago. Still no card and no response to emails on status. I am replying to one of his older emails so its going to the right email account.

This is getting tiresome. When I got called about my late check, I was told by Mr. Dent that someone told Mr. Dent about my posts complaining about not getting the consignment check, so now im hoping word gets to him again to mail off my last card to me as he promised awhile ago. How hard is it to mail one card....

1952boyntoncollector 07-28-2015 07:07 AM

still have not received return of my card from the march auction..no reply to emails..

doesn't anyone here know someone at Mile High.....I did get most of my money in a check because a net54 contacted the powers that be...

Mile High Drama

My disclaimer is that I have no dealings with Mile High whatsoever, and after reading this thread I can assure you that I will keep it that way. There is nothing worst that poor customer service in any business. Regardless of the excuses, the delays, broken promises, etc... this screams of POOR customer service.

Net54baseball is a blessing to us. I hope this ends well for you Jake.

bobbyw8469 07-29-2015 12:52 PM

That is entirely too long for a consignment check.

I did get the consignment check after several months due to someone from net54 contacting milehigh....however I was short one amount because the buyer at the auction didn't pay for the card according to mile high and that was what the initial hold up was. ( I did ask why didn't he let me know that and just send out the check minus the one card purchase that didn't go through) He said he would return the card valued 700-1000 its been more than a month and I haven't received it or any follow up to me emails.

How hard is it to just mail the card...and end this nonsense..

1952boyntoncollector 08-17-2015 01:03 PM

i got my last card returned to me from the Mile High March auction in which it was consigned... the bidder in March didnt pay, and i been waiting for the return of the card. until today..

HRBAKER 08-17-2015 07:09 PM

My guess is that they are a fan of the cycle.

Glad you got your card.
