Posted By: <b>Fred Goodwin</b><p>I'm a little late getting into this discussion, but I have a copy of this book which I bought new back in '95. Amazon has a used copy for under a dollar, and a new copy under $6 -- its a good survey of the history of FB cards; I recommend it.

The book is a collection of articles we've written over the past 12 years.<br />Mike wrote another book prior to this which is just scratches the surface. I think we make <br />$2 a book...Its not going to make us rich. I think 200 have been downloaded so far.
