Ebay Tax Question
 

Any help would be appreciated. If I incorporated and got a tax exemption certificate in PA, would I be able to get a refund for the sales tax from Ebay purchases I've made prior to incorporating?

If you are going to be incorporated, I would think you need an accountant - who you should speak to before doing anything. That would be a great person to speak to regarding financial matters - if you are buying items prior to being in business for business resale then you should keep records of what you are paying. The sales tax you pay would be considered part of the purchase price of the item and should be deductible as an expense. I don't see eBay giving you back the money that they collected when you didn't have a business. You may want to contact their customer service to inquire but I think the sales tax exemption starts when you register with them.
