1951 bowman mantle psa centered v non centered
PWCC just sold a 1951 bowman mantle for 5600 on 12/10. It seems centered ones have it 10,000+ at least during the bull market. It appears we are now in the 50% range in price variance when dealing with 5-10,000 cards due to centering alone. As less and less buyers are out there, they can afford to be picky, at least thats my theory.
I also doubt this card was shilled, but do people who always suspect that with pwcc auctions then buyers may even look to pay lower than pwcc prices.. |
That card is very difficult to find centered. I would expect a centered example in any grade 7 or below to sell for at least twice the price of an off centered or tilted example. Assuming it doesn't have the print lines either.
