Ed Vargo (umpire) World Series Bat
 

Hey everybody! I was wondering if anybody would know the value of a bat that was given to Ed Vargo for umping one of the world series' he participated in. I was able to find a bunch of past auctions for rings given to umpires but no bats. So any information would be greatly appreciated!

Pics would really assist in determining value. Is it a player's bat that was gifted or a stamped WS black bat style presentation bat etc?

Yeah I figured I would need pictures... I'll do my best to get some, but it actually if I remember correctly it looks just like any other H&B game used bat, but with Ed Vargo's name. If I remember correctly, it then had a little rectangle plaque saying something about one of the world series' he was in. It's actually on display at the Butler Blue Sox (prospect league) stadium. Has anyone seen one like that with a plaque? I was thinking it could be a bat he used in the minors that someone just added the plaque to it. But I'll try to get some pics!
