The seller is helpinghumans. They buy cards on ebay then inflate the prices hoping people will buy because it is a charity. Wish they would give the % of profit that actually goes to helping humans. Sadly most charities only help the people running them.

EDIT: Read there whole listing and it says 100% of final proceeds goes to charity. Good for them. The words final proceeds could mean anything though.

The scan speaks for itself--a crater! As for its severity, the thread's title is quite apropos. Maybe the gaping hole was punched by a seething Detroit Tigers fan over what happened in the '07 and '08 World Series.

I sincerely hope none of our readers asks, "Duh, duh, how much will this hole impact the card's value? I mean, he is a Hall-of-Famer. Furthermore, Tinker was listed first in that poem over Evers and Chance. Any upside?"

Kinda sad that someone stooped this low to donate such a card for charity. Wonder how much of a charitable deduction he will claim for this stinker of a Tinker on his Federal 1040?:rolleyes: ---Brian Powell

I think it was made for a key chain. It would hang on one perfectly. Definitely a bulls eye on that one!!
