Posted By: <b>Richard Simon</b><p>There is an article in today's NY Daily News that Mark Mcgwire's brother is shopping a book proposal about his brother, steroids, etc.<br><br>The last paragraph of the article says that Mark's brother said that while other players may be devastated (by not being voted into the HOF) , his brother probably doesn't care.
