Where Can I find T210 Series 6 Bluegrass League Cards?

Posted By: William Turner
I posted over on the buy forum as well about this, but does anyone know where I could acquire the series 6 Bluegrass League cards from the T210 set? Do you think it is possible that I could find some of them at the National convention in cleveland in august? Any help on starting this new collection would be of great help.

William Turner

Where Can I find T210 Series 6 Bluegrass League Cards?

Posted By: Frank Wakefield
Might find a few, but not many, at the National.

There aren't a lot of folks who collect them. A few folks have one or two as type cards. I hunt for them all the time... I have 63 of them. 62 different, one duplicate. There are some in the Goodwin auction right now, lot #350. I have the bid in on that at this moment, but I'm concerned that I'll lose it. There is one card in there I'm after, the Goostree leaning on bat. If you want to team up on that lot, let me know, there are other T210 series 6 cards in the lot. If I we win and I get Goostree, I'll divide the rest up with you any way you wish. The 4 I lack are Angermeier fielding, Barney, Goostree on bat, and Whitaker.

I almost (in my mind) won one of the 4 I lack (Whitaker) on eBay, but was outbid by that Husband of Tammy rascal that is on this board. Jim is a good fellow, though. At least the card went to a place where it will be appreciated. And if I can get a dupe of a series 6 card for which I have a really nice example, maybe I can get my nice one slabbed and work a swap with him.

Since there aren't really many of these cards out there, there aren't many collectors of them, can't collect them if you can't get any of 'em!

There is a Stengel T210 up on eBay now, no bidders yet. The price is a bit high, but there are very few of these cards.

I hope it sells with several bidders after it.

Frank W.

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/1910-T210-Old-Mill-Casey-Stengel-PSA-3-Maysville_W0QQitemZ190075388215QQihZ009QQcategoryZ 133033QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem</a" target="_new" rel="nofollow">http://cgi.ebay.com/1910-T210-Old-Mill-Casey-Stengel-PSA-3-Maysville_W0QQitemZ190075388215QQihZ009QQcategoryZ 133033QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem</a>
