I believe those are '74 Tigers team issue.

There is a 12 card set on eBay now for $ 39. Search "1974 Detroit Tigers set of 12 photos"

Thanks for the info.....found the set at a flea market today. Does anybody know who produced the set of 12 photos?

I don't know who produced them, but I'm not certain they're from 1974. Whoever produced them did so for at least a few more MLB teams. I own a sealed Red Sox set. The players on the checklist only all intersected for the Sox in 1971. Here are my photos of my set.

Further evidence that your photo set is not from 1974: your Tigers checklist includes Dick McAuliffe. In 74 Topps he was a member of the Red Sox.

Joe Coleman didn't get to the Tigers until 1971 and McAullife's last season with them was '73. Those were also the only 3 seasons Tony Taylor played for the team. Frank Howard wasn't with them in '71, only in '72 and '73. So we've narrowed it to 2 seasons. Rich Reese's only season in Detroit (and last season of his career) was 1973. So there you go.

1973 Detroit Tigers Picture Pack

There were 2 packs of 12 photos designated A & B. This is the B pack. The A back had 12 different photos. Reference:

That's a cool site. I looked through it for Cubs items and found a couple of interesting ones. There is supposedly a set of 23 cards of the AAA minor league 1967 Tacoma Cubs that I have never heard of, although there were no pictures. More interestingly, someone put up pictures of a midseason Cubs 1966 team issued stadium picture pack, and one of the photos is Robin Roberts. As far as I know, this is the only item released of Roberts as a Cub as he was currently playing, unless a 1966 Pro's Pizza pops up, which is very possible. I will have have to look for the Roberts photo card now, which will be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
