I hate doing this, but.....

I was just glancing at the banner advertisements for Sterling and Jeff Potter. Each had an autographed Babe Ruth baseball in the picture for their ads. I am not an autograph expert (I avoid them like I would avoid Roseanne Barr singing the National Anthem), but in my opinion there is no way one person signed both baseballs.

More than likely just pics pulled from the internet to make the banner ad and not actual pieces that were consigned. They could also be from different times in his life. Just my guess.

Unlike PWCC I don't know of 1 occasion either of them have went to forums and posted multiple lies.

Ben,

Thank you for your input, but just staying focused on the signatures.

Confucius say

LOL. :D

In my defense, I did not click on the banner ads. Sorry, Leon.

I agree Brian, the one in the Jeff Potter banner has several characteristics that if I was looking for a Ruth signed ball, would steer me well clear of that example. That one just looks off to me.

Thank you, Mark.

But it has brought attention to the banner ads.
