Spalding National League Cork no 1 with signatures

I just acquired this ball which looks team signed I think by the Cubs. It is not certified and I’m not sure I want to mess with getting it certified. I know the value of the ball itself . A do the signatures enhance the value or greatly diminish the value of the ball due to the legibility? Can you submit a ball to JSA etc if you don’t know all the signers?

Who needs JSA? Yes, they would attempt to identify, but let me save you at least $100.

1927 Cubs

[top signature too obscured]
Mickey Doolan (Doolin) Coach. He spelled his name both ways.
Hank Grampp
Chuck Tolson
Jim Brillheart
Percy Jones

Riggs Stephenson
Charlie Root
Pete Scott
Jimmie Burke Coach

The last panel has nothing that looks at all familiar. Could perhaps be a bunch of first names as signed by non-players who aren't used to signing baseballs, or anything else. Photo is a bit too blurry to say for certain. The signature that's upside down is too obscured to decipher.

I'm missing a couple on the first panel due to faintness, flash and the position the ball was held for the photo.

Thanks I think this picture is better.

Sparky Adams, John Churry, and Johnny Welch. That last one is still a bit too faint, but that's Welch's "J". Strange that both Johns signed "Jack". I have seen Welch do it before, but he usually signed Johnny or John. Also, it appears that Jimmy Cooney on there as well.
