If one is a client of such a doctor, can they deduct the service as a medical expense?

I believe medicare will reimburse for travel expenses incurred for card doctor appointments. They have been known to "trim" the bill before cutting the check, however, but the checks are pristine.

Would Rebel Oakes require a tree surgeon to trim his card?

If I pressed and colored cards
Would you still love me?
If you turned 8s into 10s
I'd put you above me
