I have not seen this one before. The combination of the unnatural looking font used on the 'Babe Ruth' on front, and the extra crisp photo image, certainly makes me think it is fake (but not Really Fake, because it has a cool ad design on back, so at least it has something).

The front font gives it away right away as a modern fake/fantasy item.

Minor point perhaps, but Prohibition went into effect January, 1920, and Ruth didn't play for the Yankees until April that year, so it seems very unlikely to me that anyone would be advertising furniture for saloons at that time or anytime during most of that decade.

The font on the front of the card is called Arial. It was invented in 1982.
