Why is this one ('14 CJ) so valuable ?

My guess is that this is one of the few cards in the 1914 set but not the 1915 set (like Chance) ? <BR><BR>I can't imagine its the Beckett holder -- although I guess the Beckett four-part grading method might "undergrade" it a bit ?
