Question about a wrestling book
 

I am looking for some information about a book on professional wrestling.It was a 1945 printing of "40 years of wrestling" by Clarence Eklund. I do not have this book right now but will be shown it on Sunday.And I am wondering if anyone has any information on this publication and if it has any real value.I just want to be prepared with some information when I look at the book. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I do not know the value of this book BUT be very careful using ABE as a price guide. I find that the sellers follow each other, so that the pricing on an item that only has a few examples might not be indicative of the real value.

Just my 2¢...I would like to hear from others if they agree or disagree.

I honestly do not know for sure.But I do not think that this is the same book.The person that has the book called me by phone and said it was printed in 1945.This examples you showed says it was printed in 1947.So for now I will say it is not the same book.I am getting a bit anxious now to have a look at it.Even the one that you showed seems like it has a lot of value.I do appreciate you taking the time to send me the link.Thank you.
