Hey guys! Well, I've always wanted to complete a New York Highlanders team set. The cards are beautiful, the colors are great, and I really like the overall image. So far, I'm nine cards in. Thanks to generous contributions, and help from fellow board members (John and Mike thanks so much!), I've been able to put some nice cards together. It really means a lot and I hope you all enjoy!

Simultaneously, I have been working on a Brooklyn subset too. As you can see, I really like the New York teams. Those scans will be up later! Thanks to JerryTotino to all his help as well :)

Please share your subsets! I know there is a member who has the full Cubs subset which is great. Happy Hunting.

Nice Waz! You have an eye for great cards.

First attempt at collecting T206s. Learned a lot and had several great transactions with members.

Wow Waz, love that Chase with the double New York on the jersey. Sweet card

Thank you. When I saw that double name, I knew I couldn't turn it down!

Here's my Brooklyn set. Completing it has been the highlight of my collecting "career".

Simply Sensational!!!

Thanks guys! Appreciate the kind words. A couple of quick notes. First, the Matty and McGraw were signed by Jane Mathewson and Blanche McGraw as "Mrs. Christy Mathewson" and "Mrs. John McGraw". Also, each of these is encapsulated by SGC or PSA, and authenticated by JSA or DNA. I just copied and pasted all of the card images into one jpeg, without the holders, with the handy dandy MSPaint program. I love what it would look like if they were all lined up raw on a table -- and if you could see the fronts of the back signed ones at the same time as the backs.
