3rd one Bay Sox ball
 

Any idea as to year? Again, if any interest holler at me.

I would guess that's a ball from the Bowie Baysox. They're a Double-A affiliate of the Orioles, in the Eastern League. They've been around since 1993.

Did anyone sign the sweetspot, or can you otherwise tell if the team's manager signed the ball?

It's from 1998. I see Ryan Minor and Ryan Kohlmeier on there and '98 was the only year they were in Bowie together.
